It is worthy of note that Isimeme Whyte has worked on several projects funded by the UK-Cabinet Office, the Department for International Development (DFID) (now the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office), Market Development in the Niger Delta (MADE II) Project, the International Organization for Migration, GIZ and the Nigeria-German Cooperation, SOS Children’s Villages Nigeria, ActionAid and BATN Foundation, Coca-Cola Nigeria, the National Agency for Prohibition of trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP), the Edo State Taskforce Against Human Trafficking (ETAHT), the Edo State Skills Development Agency (EdoJobs) and many other organizations with focus on human trafficking and irregular migration, sexual and gender based violence and other trauma related issues providing psychosocial support, reducing youth unemployment through skills and entrepreneurship development, product manufacturing & mass production.

Isimeme Whyte is the initiator of several youth-focused volunteer initiatives and programs and was a Youth Ambassador for the British Council’s Belongings Africa Project in 2007. She is a graduate of Girls Power Initiative (GPI, Benin), Kudirat Initiative for Democracy’s (KIND) KUDRA program and LEAP (Leadership, Effectiveness, Accountability & Professionalism) Africa. She is the founder of Genius Hub, a social enterprise and Chairperson on the board of Genius Hub Global Initiative. She is the initiator of the CEOs’ Meeting. Isimeme also serves on the board of the Conference of NGOs (CONGOs) in Edo State and Lady Mechanic Initiative. She is Vice President of Organization of Women in International Trade (OWIT), Nigeria; member of Edo State Exporters Cluster; Coordinator of Edo State Women Entrepreneurship Platform; coordinator of Association of Nigerian Businesswomen Network, Edo state. She is a GOPA certified ICSS (Inspire, Create, Start and Scale) Entrepreneurship Program TFC (Trainer, Facilitator and Coach) and also participated in the Training of Trainers by the International Labour Organisation on ILO’s Cooperative Development Tools (Think.Coop, Start.Coop and My.Coop).

BetaaWork

BetaaWork is a freelance talent marketplace and work-connect platform developed by Genius Hub to simplify how skilled professionals and clients find and work with each other across Africa. It enables users to post jobs, discover verified freelancers, and hire trusted professionals whether for remote tasks or in-person services all from one easy-to-use platform. BetaaWork allows freelancers to create professional profiles, list their services, apply to jobs that match their skills, and receive secure payments, while clients can browse talent, post work opportunities, and manage tasks seamlessly.

Ewaen Studios

Ewaen Studios is the film academy and creative production arm of Genius Hub, dedicated to training and nurturing the next generation of independent filmmakers who use visual storytelling to educate, inspire, and entertain. The studio focuses on empowering young creatives with practical skills in filmmaking, production, and media storytelling so they can produce content that challenges social vices, promotes moral values, and contributes to meaningful cultural conversations. Graduates from Ewaen Studios are seamlessly absorbed into Genius Hub Media Production (Ewaen TV) and supported into professional production environments that bring stories to life across digital and broadcast platforms.

Young Girls Foundation (YGF)

The Genius Hub Young Girls Foundation is a dedicated service division of Genius Hub Global Initiative a Nigerian-based non-governmental organization founded with the mission to empower individuals and communities through skills, awareness, and opportunity. The Young Girls Foundation focuses on uplifting and empowering the girl child, ensuring that girls and young women are seen, heard, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges with confidence, knowledge, and agency. Through intentional programmes and support systems, the Foundation creates pathways for girls to thrive emotionally, socially, and economically.
